Frequently Asked Questions:

- CPR is the acronym for "Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation". CPR is a life
saving technique that combines chest compressions with rescue
breaths to help circulate oxygen rich blood to vital organs. Classes in
CPR teach individuals how to respond to cardiac and breathing
emergencies.
- Who should take CPR and First Aid classes?
- It is important for everyone to be prepared in the event of an accident
or emergency. Proper training can help you develop the confidence to
act in an emergency. Knowing what to do and what not to do can save
lives and enables you to take charge until more advanced help
arrives.
- Specifically it is very important to take CPR and First Aid classes for:
childcare providers, nannies, baby sitters, mothers helpers, elder
caregivers, companions, teachers and coaches. Accidents and
emergencies can happen anytime and anywhere which is why it is also
a good idea for businessman, factory workers, office workers and
anyone who comes in contact with other people to take a class.
Basically it is for everyone.
